Pulkit Mathur is Professor and Head, Department of Food and Nutrition and Food Technology, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. She has about 25 years of research and teaching experience. She has been working in the field of food safety and is a National Resource Person for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). She is a Member of the National Committee of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences. Besides food safety her other research interests include understanding barriers and facilitators to healthy eating in different age groups. She has several research publications to her credit.
